  Understanding The Order Process

  

A quick summary of the order process

Tax Quotation

Once Pascall Promotions receives the job specification / brief from the client via electronic media, phone or a consultation meeting, we then produce and detailed Quotation that is sent to the client.  This will list the quantity(s), description, artwork, set-up charges, unit price and other relevant details.  

Order Confirmation

Upon receipt of your order you will be provided with an order confirmation form to ensure we have all the correct details. This is to be checked, signed and return email to sales@pascallp.com.au or to the individual consultant's email.  

Artwork Approval
 
*  All orders requiring product decoration will require Artwork to the relevant specifications for the type of decoration required for a particular product.  This is an extremely important element in the order process to ensure we provide a quality decoration.  To ensure your order arrives on time, with accurate and quality decoration please follow the following steps, efficiently and in a timely manner. Delays in receiving and / or producing accurate quality artwork will affect the delivery time for the job.
 
*  Ensure that your Artwork Requirements and or layouts are clearly explained in your correspondence with Pascall Promotions and please check your Artwork before sending it.  Artwork must be supplied to specification in line with the particular decoration method used and print requirements required. For every decorated order we provide specifications.
 
*  Once your Artwork and / or Artwork Requirements have been received and laid up. Pascall Promotions will send you an Artwork Approval form prior to any production commencing.  Please check the Artwork Approval carefully then sign and return email to sales@pascallp.com.au or to the individual consultant's email. Production will commence only upon receipt of this form signed with your approval to proceed. Any variations must be notified immediately otherwise, once production begins, any re-working charges will be borne by the client.  Production will not commence until Pascall Promotions has received the signed Artwork Approval form.

Lead times are based from the date Pascall Promotions receives the signed Artwork Approval form until the date the product has been delivered.

Payment

Accounts are only given out to regular clients of Pascall Promotions and only when a successfull account application has been received from the client. 

Major credit cards are accepted
 
Account terms may vary from order to order and will be advised on the quotation.

Delivery

Delivery is available nationally or internationally utilising the most economic and reliable method for you’re your particular order.  All destinations are confirmed on the Order Confirmation form.
